Why charge for my services?

A part of the process of change is the commitment, the fee is an accountability measure that ensures you will place value on this process and complete the work for your desired results.

What if I need your help but can’t afford your prices?

I have done pro bono cases on occasion and I would also be willing to work out a package that fits your budget.

What if I don’t have time to fully engage in the process?

Most sessions range from 30 minutes to 1 hour per week. Total time committment to fully engage is roughly 2-3 hours per week and follow up work can be chunked to fit your schedule.

How do I get a free consultation?

Fill out the contact form and I will contact you to offer some available times for your 30 minute session. This will typically be about where you are currently and where you would like to be. I will suggest a plan and you can tailor that to fit your needs and schedule. 

What happens during the first session?

The initial session we will spend time exploring your goals, obstacles, and what you would like to work on in our time together. It cam be a vent session if you need that but it can also be the first step to determining a new direction for your life.

How long does the process typically take?

Research says it takes about 21 days to form or break a habit. I suggest starting with 3 sessions and allowing yourself to engage in the goal setting phase. You will learn many things about yourself during that time: how dedicated you are to the process of change, your level of commitment, desired level of accountability, and willingness to dig in to the work.
